I have yet to use it, but am thrilled it is in my home ready for use.i feel it is well made and will make a nice sharp cut in the dough. I did not know such a set was available. I bake a lot and handle a lot of different dough so am sure, sure I will be pleased. I ordered it too late for Christmas, but it can be used all year, especially for special events. Now I want to use it today, but it is snowing out, so no trip to the store for raspberry filling. Will add to this soon when I put it to work.
