I read cookbooks for fun
I am impressed at the quality of these rings. They are definitely of the professional status. You can't tell by the photo, but they're made very well and are nice and heavy so they can handle abuse and repetitive usage. Highly recommended and worth the money if you want something that will last a lifetime. They'd work perfectly for a restaurant kitchen.I have looked for a long time for square rings of this size and depth. There aren't a lot available, and the ones out there are all expensive, plus there is no feedback on the selection so it's impossible to tell what you're getting until you see it in person. No regrets on choosing this one. I wish they weren't so expensive, but the truth is that they fall right in the middle on price range of the selections available.

I bought this item to make some Settler's of Catan cookies & I didn't want to mess with making my own hexagonal cookie cutter. I was a little worried by the price (especially since I only intended to use it once & probably leave it in a drawer for ever after), but I was very impressed by the apparent quality. It is made from good thickness stainless steel sheet; not so thick to be too heavy, not so thin that it feels like it will fall apart. The seam weld is well polished & flush so there is no deformity on whatever you are cutting.Even if I don't dig this back out of the drawer for a while, I was very happy with the results from my first use with it. For the price I would definitely come back to this line of cutters if I need another specific shape.
