I mainly use these on vegetables, but they cut through the veggies very nicely. The only bad things about this product are 1.)there are no cushions for your hands when you press down on them (I often have red circles indented in the palm of my hand when I'm done with them), and 2.) they are a bit big to use when I'm working with small pieces of food like carrots when they taper off and get small at one end. Other than that, I love them! They help make a very pleasing salad. I have gotten many compliments on how beautiful my vegetables look and get asked how I got my veggies to look like that. They spice up the presentation of your food and I have to say, it is more fun eating vegetables when they look so cute!

* The below review is given by my wife *The set comes with 4 molds of different shapes to cut vegetables, Fruit and Cookies. Personally, I use this set to cut cookies into different shapes. The egdes cut the cough very finely. I like this product.
